A giant Elvis head welcomes visitors to this expansive store for new, used, and rental music instruments and equipment, with a wall of electric guitars stretching as far as the eye can see. Come bang on the drums, strum the guitars, or cruise through the rows of speakers, amps, keyboards, and other recording equipment. The helpful staff at Daddy's will answers questions or help you pick out a guitar. Many aspiring musicians from Berklee fill the store on weekends, trying out equipment far beyond their budget, then buying something more reasonably-priced. The store also carries sheet music for guitars and holds lessons for guitarists of all levels. Extensive warranties are available, with free repairs, lemon insurance, and shipping for parts for just a few extra cents on the dollar. The store also will purchase professional music gear in working order at decent prices.
Warning, you'll be asked to leave any over-sized bags at the door, a small request before you're allowed access to the gigantic store--the store front is deceptively small, and the space extends back from the street quite a ways.
